FEES AND REGISTRATION

Attendee (non presenter): It is not necessary to submit an abstract to register for the conference. It is possible simply to attend without contributing a paper, a workshop or a symposium. If you would like to register without submitting an abstract, please clink the Registration link below.

Attendee (presenter): If you are presenting a paper, a workshop or a symposium, you are encouraged to make your submission and then register as soon as possible after your paper has been accepted as there are a limited number of places available this year. We aim to accept or decline papers within two weeks of submission.

Early Bird Rate: In response to requests, this year we will trial an early bird deadline. The deadline is 15th June, 2026. Those who register on or before this deadline are eligible for reduced fees.

Conference Only:

Conference Dinner only: Non-Conference Attenders who wish to attend the conference dinner should apply to the conference organisers at conference@heirnetonline.com who will be able to provide payment information. Payment will be required in advance as unfortunately, we will be unable to accept cash on-site.

The Full delegate and Student fees include:

Attendance at all conference sessions, refreshments, the reception, lunch and the conference dinner but not accommodation.

Fees – Payment methods (fees must be paid prior to the conference as the organisers cannot accept cash on-site)

Please note: The payee is responsible for all bank charges associated with making payment. All payments must be made on receipt of invoice.
